TeleData Systems branches out by launching a new company—InQue, Inc.

Colmar, PA (January 13, 2005) — TeleData Systems Corporation, the Delaware Valley's foremost experts in traditional and Voice over IP Communication Systems as well as complete Call Center solutions with advanced features, has announced the creation of a new company called InQue. 

“InQue will help us diversify the business and take advantage of a new opportunity that we see as very exciting,” stated John Sweeney, president and CEO of TeleData Systems.  “The convergence of music, audio messaging & advertising, and video media is quickly allowing businesses to transform their customer’s experiences and we want to enable them with technology that allows them to create remarkable experiences for their customers.” 

According to Sweeney, InQue will distribute the SongBoss integrated music, advertising, and video management systems through a licensing agreement with YCD Ltd. InQue is the exclusive provider of the SongBoss solution in the United States.  Sweeney says the benefits to businesses include the ability to control and create amazing environments in high-end retail establishments, play different music in up to 20 simultaneous zones in a building, and set a unique mood matched to the time and day, and type of customer experience desired. Within any zone the AdBoss can automatically upload advertising or messaging remotely giving the owner the ability to provide brand reinforcement or paid co-op advertising revenue.  Some early adopters include HoulihansRestaurants, Atlantic City Convention Center, Hilton Hotels, and many different types of retail establishments overseas.
