Management Team

Tom Kovalich
Tom’s background includes 29 years of senior IT experience at the executive level.  He has served as a senior leader with both Fortune 100 companies and, most recently, as an executive level consultant.  Tom has negotiated and managed multi-million dollar technical services outsourcing contracts; directed corporate-wide IT strategies and developed long-range technology investment strategies. 

Tom's expertise is in project management of enterprise-wide projects.  He brings strong skills in project planning and customer service; management of corporate-wide contracts and outsourcing initiatives; telecommunications and operations management to InQue.

John Sweeney
John's background includes over 10 years in senior operations leadership positions with Audio Visual Services Corporation (AVSC), formally Bauer Audio Visual.   John was responsible for the implementation strategy for on-site contracts and on-going relationships with hotel properties across the country.

Under John's leadership, over 350 hotel operations were brought on-line during the start up phase.  As part of the project, John hired and trained over 800 employees.  In 2000, John left AVSC to start his own company in the telecom industry.  TeleData Systems specializes in installation and maintenance of telecom systems for corporations, universities, and healthcare organizations.  Today, John employs 15 people outside Philadelphia, PA and has revenues in excess of $2 million. 

Technicians
InQue provides the technical know how to get your solution implemented quickly.  Our team provides ongoing technical support for your entire audio and video network.  Specifically, InQue technicians help our clients design layouts for audio and video equipment, and perform upgrades and maintenance across your entire facility.  In addition, if problems arise or exist before the InQue system is deployed our team can diagnose and resolve media system related problems across a client’s entire audio and video network. 

The InQue technical team can also Install, adjust, and operate electronic equipment used to record, edit, and transmit radio and television programs, cable programs, and motion pictures. 

Music Stylists
InQue provides personal assistance in creating your unique "soundtrack."  Each month your stylist selects music tracks from licensed selections and provides your facility digital play lists to match your customer experience.  If you are a hotel we can build play lists for the different parts of your property to highlight the mood and atmosphere around your property.  If you own a restaurant we can tailor the play lists to fit the mood, whether your customers are waiting for a table, having a drink at the bar, or sitting down for dinner, their music will always be perfect.  For our car dealership customers we can tailor the music to fit any situation and we can create messages to help improve sales. 

InQue has developed a sophisticated process to design customized music and message programs for varying business environments.  Our music catalog is composed in a way that enables us to cater for each individual business. InQue has utilized the broad knowledge of its team, combined with research and years of experience to design and categorize a music library that is based on ambiences.  We take into account a myriad of variables that make a venue what it is and deliver programs to match these variables.  Research shows that music correctly matched to its listeners will enhance people’s experience of a venue thereby increasing their stay and leading to more revenue for you.

Our two resident DJs are a major force behind InQue’s music selection and programming. They spend a lot of time sourcing the freshest music available today. Working closely together, they take great pride in compiling the track lists that make up our 50 music groups ensuring that only the finest selection of music is delivered to our clients.
